It has been a great start to the new year where the children have been looking at a new book called The Abominables in English.  We are exploring the characters and creating our own yeti using descriptive language.  In Maths we have been looking at rounding to the nearest 10 and 100.  Our first Science lesson was to look at the difference between liquids, solids and gasses.  We have also started our topic and looked at what is an earthquake.  We are very much looking forward to starting the learn how to play the violins on Tuesday afternoons.
