This week we have continued to work plants and how we can take cuttings.

The children were shown by Miss Richards how to take cuttings and have learnt how new plants can be made.

In Maths the children have calculated problems involving addition and recapped subtraction involving exchanging.

As part of our English this week the children have written a formal letter from a parent’s point of view, to persuade the Brazilian government to help find the characters from our book, The Explorer.

The children this week worked collaboratively to produce a flat chat about the Amazon.
